It looked really nice at first, which I appreciated, but it wore off way too fast. i was already feeling mentally drained and didn’t want to deal with reapplying or fixing it so soon.

I’ve ordered from vanitymakeup.com a few times now. So far, the stock has been good. Most of the shades I wanted were available, which made things easy.

One item I had saved was sold out for a while. That was a little annoying. But it did come back later, so I just had to check again.

Overall, I’d give it 4 stars. The site is easy to use. I can usually find what I need. I just wish some restocks happened a bit faster

It was kind of all over the place. Messages here and there, not much clarity, and I kept feeling like I had to figure out what was going on myself. Maybe it was just my experience, but the communication felt messy. Didn’t really come across as professional.

I mentioned that it feels way too thick and sticky, but it feels like nobody actually read my message. That’s pretty much my main issue with it.

The website was really easy to use!!! I found what I needed without any hassle, and checkout was super clear too... The only thing was that a few pages loaded kinda slowly for me, which was a bit annoying!! But overall, smooth experience

My order was mostly correct, so I’ll give them that, but one of the shades was wrong. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it was still annoying because I had to reach out to support and then wait. And wait. And wait some more. They did fix it in the end, but the whole process was just slow, really slow, and kind of frustrating for something that should’ve been simple

I think it’s worth it. The prices seem fair, fair enough that I didn’t feel like I was overpaying. Good value overall.

My order did show up eventually, it just took a few extra days and the tracking barely updated the whole time. The makeup was packed well and nothing was damaged, so that part was good. Not a terrible experience, I just wish the delivery side was a little more dependable.

When my palette arrived, one of the shades was cracked and the box looked a little crushed, so my first impression wasn’t great. I took a couple photos and sent them over to customer service, mostly expecting the usual back-and-forth.

They got back to me the next day and offered a replacement without much hassle. The new one arrived in good shape, so while the original delivery was frustrating, the experience ended up being decent because they actually fixed it quickly.

I emailed them twice about my order and still didn’t get a proper reply. Like, I just needed a simple answer lol. Frustrating tbh, and I def wouldn’t order from them again.

I liked the place overall and some things did feel good quality, but at the same time the prices just felt too high for what I got. I wouldn’t say it was a total rip-off, but I also left feeling like I paid more than I should have

I ordered this palette and had a tiny dramatic moment when I opened it, like I was comparing evidence in a courtroom. The shades were actually close to what I saw on the site, maybe just a little warmer in person, but nothing that ruined my day despite me fully acting like it might.

It’s still super usable and I’m happy with it overall. I took off one star because the lighter shades looked slightly different on my skin, which of course made me stare at my arm for way too long like the fate of my makeup drawer depended on it

The box arrived totally crushed, which was annoying because I had to check through everything to make sure nothing was broken or leaking. Luckily the makeup itself was still okay, but I really didn’t appreciate the extra hassle.

I signed up mainly because I was in a motivated mood and really wanted to learn something useful, especially from the educational content. Some of the tips were okay, but a lot of it felt basic, like stuff I’d already come across for free on YouTube or Instagram.
I was hoping the videos would go a bit deeper, with more real examples and step-by-step explanations instead of quick general advice. It wasn’t terrible, and I’m sure some people might still find value in it, but for what I was looking for, it didn’t really feel worth it...

I was happy with how my makeup came out. The base looked smooth, and I really liked how the eyes were done, not too heavy, but still enough to show up nicely in photos.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the foundation got a little dry around my nose after a few hours. If you have drier skin, I’d maybe mention that ahead of time or bring a little touch-up product. Overall though, it still looked good and I’d definitely use them again.

I really wanted to like this, but it went on patchy and was such a pain to blend out. It felt like no matter what I did, it just wouldn’t sit right, and somehow it ended up feeling like it was my problem to fix. Disappointing overall

I really wanted to like these, but the quality just wasn’t great for me. The brushes started shedding pretty much right away, and I kept finding bristles left behind while using them. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “a little shedding can happen at first,” but this felt like more than just a few loose hairs. Overall, kind of disappointing.

I tried this a couple times, I think sometime last week or maybe the week before, and it just didn’t work for me. After about two uses, my skin started feeling really itchy and dry. I wanted to like it, but my face was not having it

I picked up a few shades from Vanitymakeup and the pigmentation is just really nice, better than I expected. A couple of the colors showed up right away with one swipe. One of the darker shades was just a bit patchy though, so I had to build it up a little. Still happy with them overall.

Barely heard anything back and kept waiting for updates. Took way too long to get any clear info.
